We provide full support service for both national and international activities such as workshops and conventions which are organized in fields like Nature Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Medicine, Agricultural Sciences, Social and Human Sciences.  We prepare the internet site in order to give the latest information to the members and contributors, and make announcements and notifications considering the workshops and conventions in the fastest and most effective way. The invitation and protocol lists are defined and followed within the frame of the organization. We prepare a report at the end of the activity and present this report to the chairman of the workshop and convention.
