First of all a new team is set up in our project department for the new projects to be realized. This new team sets up to initiate a genuine project regarding the demanded quality, and also allows the management of the possible risks. The beginning and the ending dates of the project is determined at this stage, while preparing a detailed plan for the project program. The main effort in a certain project is to stay within the frames of the project considering its content, time and budget while trying to achieve its goals and targets as well. In order to realize a successful project which achieves its main goal, the resources are evaluated and determined before providing and planning their use. The targets, the time schedule and the cost of the project are kept in the focus in general.
